Acceptance and Governance

By accessing Alphonso AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Intellectual Property (IP) Rights

All algorithms, assessment methodologies, and platform interfaces are the exclusive property of Alphonso AI.

User Content:

By submitting code for assessment, you grant Alphonso AI a limited license to analyze and host that content for the purpose of placement and verification. We do not claim ownership of your original source code.

The Marketplace Scope

Alphonso AI is a facilitator of high-fidelity introductions. While we validate talent, the final employment agreement is a private contract between the Candidate and the Employer. The Company is not a party to, and carries no liability for, the terms of such employment.

Integrity and Prohibited Conduct

The Alphonso Standard relies on honesty. You agree to:

⚠ Zero Tolerance for Cheating

Use of unauthorized AI assistance or third-party help during our rigorous assessments will result in a permanent platform ban and the voiding of all existing verifications.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Delaware law, Alphonso AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our marketplace or the hiring decisions made by third parties.
